This path is the one on which we gradually free ourselves from our physical and mental ailments because we learn to listen to our bodies, our needs, and our emotions. Through this listening, we understand the origin of our pain and learn to give our bodies and minds what they need for greater inner peace.
In our world, in our society, we haven't been taught to listen to our needs, our natural cycles, or ourselves. No, we've been taught instead to always be in action, to have to do more, faster, in this overused "fight-or-flight" mode, to the detriment of our health and well-being.
So on this path, we learn or relearn to listen to our needs and ourselves, to slow down, and to connect with our essence.

I am commited to guiding you on the path of full health, well-being and inner peace trhough various holistic practices that respect the body, inspired by traditional teachings and ancestral medicine, yoga therapy and cycles of Nature.
I guide you on this path that I personnaly have traveled since my encounter with yoga in 2017. This encounter transformed my life, my physical and mental health.
The support I offer brings together all the tools that have guided me over the past few years on my healing journey.
Years of training, inner work, learning and experimentation to regain the control over my health, to find inner peace, but also deepen my knowledge in the filed of well-being so that I can guide you on your path.

YOGA THERAPY
Yoga therapy uses the tools of yoga to promote optimal health: purification techniques, breathing techniques, postures, meditation, relaxation, and energetic practices. It is a preventative therapy that allows individuals to regain control over their health and alleviate numerous pathologies.
RESTORATIVE YOGA & CHAIR YOGA
Restorative yoga is a very gentle form of yoga practiced entirely on the floor, either seated or lying down. The fundamentals of Hatha Yoga are applied with a gentler approach, offering excellent physical recovery and greater relaxation.
Chair yoga allows people with reduced mobility to enjoy the benefits of yoga.


MANTRAS CHANTING
Originating from Hindu and Buddhist traditions, "Man" means thought and "trana" means protection.
Mantras are sacred sounds, words, or phrases used in yoga practice to calm the mind, clarify the spirit, and find inner peace.
Chanting is like an invitation to liberate oneself,
to reconnect with peace,
with joy,
with universal love,
with our own voice,
with our essence.
