Udayoga refers to the Sanskrit terms "Udaya" and "Ud" which mean "sunrise" and "to rise, to blossom"

The practice of yoga will allow you to find an inner balance, to free yourself from what you no longer need to feel lighter, in harmony with yourself, to finally be able to shine

My path to Yoga and teaching

It was through physical and emotional pain that I discovered yoga in 2017. Or rather, that yoga discovered me. Since then, the practice has never left me.

Yoga has been a transformative practice for me. It has allowed me to reconnect with my body, to understand it, to learn to listen to it and give it what it needs. More attuned to my fundamental needs, I have been able to rediscover a beautiful inner balance on all levels (physical, physiological, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual), and thus free myself from the ailments that had accompanied me since childhood and adolescence for the most part.

Through yoga, I have also grasped the subtle connection between our emotions and our physical and emotional pain.

Yoga has been, and still is, a tool I use daily to take care of my body, my mind, and my overall health. This discipline is also a tool for personal exploration. Through breath, movement, and silence, I was able to reconnect with myself, with my essence, with my soul. A path of discovery and acceptance of my whole being.

Having observed all these positive changes in my daily life, my greatest wish was to share these tools and benefits with those around me, and then with you, so that you too can reach this state of well-being and feel in harmony with yourself and with Life.

In 2020, after several years of practice and driven by my passion for this discipline, I trained in Hatha Yoga and traditional Ayurvedic massage at the Satya Ashram School, where I received authentic and traditional teaching.

A lifelong student, I continue to learn and train to guide you on the path to physical and mental well-being, through the wonderful practices of yoga, yoga therapy, sound healing, and traditional medicine.

In 2023, between two trips to India, I created a therapy for my mother, blending everything I've learned and experienced in recent years in the fields of yoga, natural medicine, and holistic health.

The results were surprising and confirmed my path, which is to accompany you on your healing journey, a journey I myself have undertaken over the past nine years.

Kindness, gentleness, joy of living, sharing, listening, and simplicity are my guiding principles.

I look forward to sharing my world with you.

Great yoga class with Marine! She was able to create a particularly effective personalized class for me, responding to the demands of the moment. Despite the difficulties that an online class generates, she was able to correct me on my postures with the same rigor as in person. She also demonstrates a very quick ability to adapt when a position is painful. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed!

Elodie

Great! A discovery for me following a medical recommendation (cervical problem). Marine is gentle and caring, she accompanies in all the postures and makes the practice pleasant and accessible, even for beginners!

Claudia

Great yoga experience for beginners, based on stretching, relaxation and breathing postures.
100% accessible and personalized yoga here, I am in a wheelchair and it was no problem
Thanks again Marine and see you soon because I will be back!
