After many years of research on full health, years of experimentation, observation, training, years of walking my own path of healing and inner peace, I am delighted to offer you individual and personalized support to help you regain control over your health, respecting your body and your needs, with gentleness, listening and kindness.
Yoga therapy uses the tools of yoga to promote optimal health: purification techniques, breathing techniques, postures, meditation, relaxation, and energy practices. It is a preventative therapy that empowers individuals to take control of their health and alleviate numerous ailments.
Yoga therapy focuses on the underlying causes of symptoms and illnesses, treating the root cause of pathologies rather than just the symptoms.
It therefore considers the whole person: environment, lifestyle, physical and mental health, diet, posture, work, sleep, daily rhythm, and age.
Yoga therapy thus promotes self-healing and facilitates a return to better overall health. It is a holistic therapy that fosters well-being on all levels: physical, physiological, mental, emotional, energetic, and psychological.

- Yoga Therapy, which includes yoga postures, purification techniques, breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation
- Emotional release techniques
- Sound therapy
- Voice work, including mantra chanting
- Ayurveda, traditional Indian medicine
- Abhyanga massage, a traditional Ayurvedic massage using warm oil
- Marma Therapy, a traditional Ayurvedic massage using pressure on vital points, covering the entire body
